I was reading the
MARTHA STEWART BLOG the other day and saw this very cool way to use her
Punch Around the Page paper punches. She made garland out of them, but I think you could also use them as napkin rings or ribbon wrap for gifts or wraps for cards/invitations similar to
THIS picture. A very cute, simple idea.

I punched out one side of a page, and then measured to cut out a strip of paper. For this one I cut 1", but I probably could have done it a bit smaller. |

After cutting out the strips, I punched out the other sides and ended up with these. I love how these look. I can think of 700 things to do with them I love them so much. |

I taped them together and hung them up on my magnet strip. |

There they are next to Paper Me. |
It's a very cute project, and I like it very much. I'm *hoping* (HINT HINT HINT) that my sister LINDSAY CRAIG will let me use this for her soon to be born child's christening in June/July...
I don't think that Nugget really needs a ring paper garland for her Christening.
